Instructions for deleting your Lynky account
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account immediately deactivates it, you'll be logged out of all devices and won't be able to sign back in. Your pet profiles, medical records, photos, and documents are not erased automatically; if you want them permanently removed from our servers, contact our support team to request full data deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to delete your Lynky account:

Open the Lynky App
Launch the Lynky mobile application and log in with your credentials (email and password).

Navigate to "Menu" Screen
Tap on the "Profile" tab at the top of the navigation bar of the app.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the "Profile" screen and tap on "Delete Account". A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm Deletion
Review the confirmation message carefully, then tap "Delete" to proceed. Your account will be deactivated immediately.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your Lynky account:
- Your account is deactivated and you are logged out of all devices immediately.
- You can no longer log in or access the app with this account.
- Push notifications are stopped and devices linked to your account are removed.
- Your pet profiles, medical records, photos, and documents are retained on our servers but are no longer accessible to you through the app.
- Family members or clinics you previously shared pets with may still have access unless you ask us to revoke it.
💡 Want everything permanently removed? Deleting your account deactivates it but does not automatically erase your stored data. Contact our support team if you'd like your pet profiles, medical records, photos, and documents permanently deleted from our servers.
